The apartment is 83 m sq with 3 rooms, two WC & is on 0th plan. We have a park in front of the apartment and the area is kids friendly. We have 2 förskola within 10 mints walking and 2 schools in about 15 mints (commune & International school accessible). There is nature reserve, sports centre and football ground in 10 mints walk. Also a lot of barbecue points for an awesome summer. Its a very calm area, very nice for families. Rent doesnt include electricity bill. Nearby bus stop is at 450 meters (Visättra) and nearest station is Flemingsberg for (both SL & SJ) trains. Electricity bill is not included in the rent. Parking will be included in the rent. We bought a house so we have to rent out this place.
