I am looking for a roommate to share my apartment with. I am a PhD student at the university. At home I love to cook and watch shows. I am a very social sporty and clean person. The room is located in a 63 sqm apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. The room itself is around 14 sqm and has a bed, storage under the bed, night stand, mirror, desk, desk chair, closet and lighting. The tenant can use all of the communal spaces on the condition that cleanliness is kept throughout the duration of the stay. The rent includes electricity and water.
