One of my lodgers is moving out. Therefore a room of about 10-11 m2 is getting available. We live two or three people in the apartment depending on the time of the year. The second person might move out in january, but the first month we will be three people. I am a social person, but also want my privacy and free time to be respected, as well as my sleep. I work early mornings and studies at home in the evenings. The rent covers: - furnitured room with bed, wardrobe and chair. - use of furntitures in the apartment - water - electricity - heating - TV-licence - Internet Bathrooms has laundry machines and kitchen is fully equiped. We have a household cashbox where we all put money for toilet paper, soap, cleaning gears etc. After a new person moves in we have a house meeting and discuss cleaning schedule etc. But please note a few non-negotianable house rules below. If you cannot follow these, I kindly ask you not to contact me since we will not enjoy living with each other. - No parfume products can be used in the apartment (Im allergic). - No home parties. - No smoking, neither at the balcony nor garden - these are rules from the housing company - Clean and put things where they belong as soon as you are done using it. (Please note that it is only available from December 3rd and cannot be rented out longer than 29th of March, because me myself will move out then. The contract cannot be taken over due to the policy of the landlords.)
