We rent out a room in our shared apartment. THE ROOM The room is around 6m2 and have a bed, a bedtable, an extra small shelf and furthermore shelfs along the roof for storing clothes and/or other personal belongings. THE APARTMENT We share the living room, kitchen and bathroom but respect each others privacy in the own rooms. You would get your own shelf in the bathroom as well as in the fridge, in the freezer, and your own cupboard in the kitchen. We do not share food, but once in a while we eat dinner together. THE RENT The rent is 3500 SEK per month and includes use of furniture, water, electricity, TV/Radio-payment and internet. We split all costs for toilet paper, soap, dishwash powder and some other common stuff in the appartment. The rent is to be paid latest the 26th each month in advance of the rent period. A deposit of one rent should be paid, together with the first rent, before moving in. ABOUT US We are two alumnis from Linnaeus University. One of us works as a teacher and one of us is an administrator. We work full time and sometimes have to work at home, one of us are studying german in the evenings, why we prefer calm afternoons/evenings. Cooking, painting, sports and movies are some interests that are represented from us. Weekends we spend with friends in Växjö or visiting people in other places. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone that is kind, responsible, tidy, know how to act when living with other people, social but knowing when others need their own space and adult enough to take care of oneself. There are also common rules that have to be respected, see below. PLEASE NOTE - Since both of us are fully time working, we do not accept parties in the apartment. Of course friends can stop by, but in the evenings we need to be able to relax. Unfortunatly, we do not have a guest room in case you would have guests visiting over a weekend. - The house is a non-smoking house and it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, on the balconies, and in the garden. These are not our rules, but the landlords. Not following this will risk our own contract, therefore we prefer that you are a non-smoker. - One of us is allergic to parfume, therefore it is not allowed to use parfume or other fragrences in the apartment. - One of us is allergic to pets, so no pets are allowed in the apartment. --> If these three things would be hard to accept, this room is not the perfect one for you.
