We want to rent out our upper floor of our house to two female students. The upper floor has two bedrooms and one tv-room, as well as one bathroom which you share with each other. All necessary furniture is included. Sheets, and towels as well. The kitchen is shared with me and my wife. Our daughers may visit and use the kitchen as well, but only short periods. The rent is 3500 sek per month and person. In that price: internet, electricity, water and cable-tv. It is walking distance to the University, maximum 15 minutes by walking. We are also close to grocery stores as well as health clinic, dentist etc. You can move in from the 25 of August, if needed you can also move in earlier.
