A 12 m2 large, furnished room with parquet flooring. Electricity, heating, water, Wi- Fi and your own bicycle included in rent. The room is one of four rooms in a 100 m2 large, central apartment. You share it with three other calm and well-behaved girls. The only thing to pay for in addition to the rent is Swedish home insurance. If youre an exchange student this costs about 700 SEK a year. For everyones convenience there are a few rules: No parties. No smoking (including the balcony). No shoes indoors. No pets. No men staying the night. (The reason for this is that the girls living here have signed up for an apartment with girls only.) Shared areas are cleaned by a professional. If you wish, your room can be cleaned too free of charge.
