Hej Vill du hyra min bostadsrätt Från 1a januari 2019 eller tidigare enligt överenskommelse hyr jag ut min lägenhet i sex månader, ett år eller längre, upp till två år. Lägenheten är 66 m2 och ligger mitt i centrala Västerås. Den kommer hyras ut möblerad förutom säng. Lägenheten är mycket fin och fräsch, med stora fönster och stort ljusinsläpp, öppna ytor och högt i tak, stor balkong i soligt söderläge. Lägenheten ligger på fjärde våningen och har både tvättmaskin, torktumlare och diskmaskin. Mycket nära till centralstation, restauranger, uteliv, mataffärer, gym, Mälardalens högskola och busstationer samt två km till Västerås sjukhus. I hyran ingår el, vatten, värme, tv och internet. Deposition: En månadshyra. Jag söker en skötsam, lugn och djurfri person eller ett par med bra referenser. Veckopendlare är välkomna. Modern and open spaces combined with big windows allowing a lot of natural light. It is high to the ceiling and it make the place feel more specious. The kitchen has a dish washer and the bathroom a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment is located a two-minute walk to railway station, city centre and several of supermarkets and within walking distance to university of Mälardalen. The bus stop is just outside on the street. The housing community is small with nice neighbours that looks out for each other. The following is included in the rent: Water, electricity, heat, tv and internet. Deposition: 1-month rent. Im looking for a calm and carefree person or couple without animals with good references.
