By law (co-housing law) you need to sign a contract that Ill give you when you get to my apartment. You will give me back a signed paper that tells you that you have a job or is a student. There will also be written your identification number or if you are an international student you will have written and signed a student identification by the school. The co-housing is reqired to review your identification information and the reason that you are renting the apartment. (I am resiving your papers to further give them to the association.) If you are having papers from a university that is fine to. The university has a special student identification that I will be needing to show the co-housing. The apartment is newly renovated with a new kitchen and a new bathroom with shower and with a warm-up floor. Two rooms with a bed, a closet, a sofa and a coloured turcose fabric bedsofa from IKEA. There is a balcony with sun on morning and noon-time. Include one washing mashine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kithchen. In the rent there is also a washing room with a dryer and four washing mashines in the basement the building next door. The electrisity and water will be payed together with the rentamount I am giving. On the invoice there will be two seperate bills. (The rent, electrisity and water.)
