Badrummet har även badkar och det finns en tvättstuga med kombinerad tvättmaskin torktumlare. Nära huset finns det både skola och förskola med matbutik även nära huset. Det finns även ett köpcentrum Hälla nära till huset. -tHyra 14000 kr/mån 2000 sek servisavgift inkl wifi, el/värme, vatten/avlopp, sophämtning samt parkering. -tMax tre personer utan betalningsanmärkningar och regelbunden inkomst. -tDeposition på 2 månaders hyra.
