The house is in a friendly neighborhood with a few hundred houses, right next to nature, forest, lakes, and the Baltic Sea. It is within walking distance to the Ingarö Golf course with 36 holes. Ingarö has several beaches, a great natural reserve, Björnö, overlooking the archipelago, and loads of forest trails for walking, running, and biking. The bus stop, where the direct buses take you to Stockholm in 25 minutes, is a 3-minute walk from the house. The closest grocery store is 2 km away, and there are two major shopping areas within a 10-minute drive. It is a great base if you want to have access to Stockholm, its surroundings, the archipelago, and want to live close to nature. More pictures on request.
