Huset hyrs ut möblerat till en eller två personer och har fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin, spis, ugn, mikro och kyl/frys. Badrummet är helkaklat med golvvärme, kombinerad tvättmaskin/torktumlare och handdukstork. Huset har en stor klädkammare, 160 cm säng på loftet samt stora fönster mot altanen i söderläge. I hyran ingår parkeringsplats, vatten och internet. Kostnad för el/uppvärmning (energisnål luftvärmepump) tillkommer. Närmaste busshållplats ligger ca 1 km bort och avgångarna är ganska glesa så bil är att föredra. Gustavsbergs centrum ligger 10 min bort och där finns infartsparkering, restauranger och ett mysigt hamnområde. Nacka forum nås på ca 15 min och Södermalm på knappa 30 min. Vid områdets egen brygga stannar Waxholmsbolagets båtar och SL:s pendelbåt som tar 39 min till Slussen. I området finns bryggor, sandstrand, badklippor och bokningsbar bastu med badbrygga och kvällssol. Det är väldigt lantligt med skog och hästhagar. Inflyttning sker enligt överenskommelse, dock tidigast 1 juni. En deposition på tre månadshyror erfordras och återbetalas efter hyrestidens slut. Du måste vara rökfri och husdjur är inte tillåtna. The bathroom is fully tiled with underfloor heating, combined washing machine/tumble dryer and heated towel rail. The house has a large wardrobe, 160 cm bed on the loft and large windows towards the south-facing balcony. The rent includes a parking space, water and internet. Cost for electricity/heating (energy-efficient air source heat pump) is added. The closest bus stop is about 1 km away and the departures are quite sparse, so a car is to prefer. Gustavsbergs center is a 10-minute drive away and here you can find supermarkets and other shopping, restaurants and a cozy harbor area. There are parking spaces close to the buses going in to Stockholm city. Nacka Forum can be reached in about 15 minutes and Södermalm in just under 30 minutes. Waxholmsbolagets and SL:s boats stop at the areas pier. In the area there are jetties, sandy beach, bathing cliffs and bookable sauna with bathing jetty and evening sun. It is very rural with forest and horse paddocks. Move-in takes place according to agreement, but June 1 at the earliest. A deposit of three months rent is required and refunded after the end of the rental period. You must be non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
