There is a terrass in the front part of the house and another one with a little garden in the back. You dispose of all the common areas, facilities and a part of the attic to put your things. The house is situated two kilometers from Vallentuna Centrum which is a small shopping center with basic shops for everyday needs. One of Swedens biggest and complete gym is situated there as well. The house limits with fields and forests that make long relaxing walks or jogging possible. It is a very rural area close to the city, the best of both worlds The rent per Room is 4000 per month. The rent is to be paid the day you move in. You will always pay one month ahead. The rent includes the costs of electricity and water when used with moderation. There is free WiFi. Public transports: 8 min walk from the house to the Roslagsbanan which is a local train that takes 33 min to the city, the station is called Östra. This line has a direct connexion to: Stockholms University, KTH, The school of Music and of Architecture. There are also buses to Danderyd, Täby, Upplands Väsby and Kista. There is no maximum rental time at present.
