The house is situated two kilometers from Vallentuna Centrum which is a small shopping center with basic shops for everyday needs. The house limits with fields and forests that make long relaxing walks or jogging possible. It is a very rural area close to the city, the best of both worlds The rent includes the costs of electricity and water when used with moderation. There is free WiFi. Public transports: 8 min walk from the house to the Roslagsbanan which is a local train that takes 33 min to the city, the station is called Östra. This line has a direct connexion to: Stockholms University, KTH, The school of Music and of Architecture. There are also buses to Danderyd, Täby and Upplands Väsby. Master students or PHD students have preference.
