Room for young working person or a student in Vallentuna The room is a part of a bigger new apartment from 2017. There are totally 4 rooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. Young foreigner student/working people are living in the apartment. The room is equipped with a comfortable desk and chair, a 120 cm bed, shelfs and a cabinet. It has access to the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped with for ex. dishing machine, coffee maker, plates, cutlery and so on. Costs for water, electricity, heating, internet, waste management, parking place are included in the rent. You share the bathroom with one other person. The place is located 4,5 km from Vallentuna centrum. The bus stop is located 50 m from the house. The buses go 2 times per hour in the week and once per hour in the weekends. It takes ca. 50 minutes to the Stockholms university and 55 minutes to the KTH. Please notice that the location is a little bit outside, but the area is very safe and peaceful, so you have good conditions to study/work. It is close to the beautiful nature. You have nice view from the balcony. No smoking is permitted in the house. No pets. We take a deposit of 2500 kr which you get back when you move out.
