We are a family, with close ties to Uppsala University, renting out a room (13m2) in a renovated apartment (60m2) in a central quiet location in cozy Svartbäcken. You also have access to a social area/kitchen (9 m2) which is shared with two students. You all have your separate rooms. The apartments entrance door is separated from the rest of the villa. Professional cleaning every second week is included. The room has floor heating and is well furnished with a bed, large wardrobe, desk, bookcase and everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, including dining modern facilities as well as your own cupboard for storage. Modern large bathroom and laundry room. The rent is 6.500 SEK per month including electricity, water, fiber internet, electronic keyless lock to the entry door of the apartment as well as Securitas direct fire detectors in each room that react immediately if anything happens.
