Hi I have a room available in my cozy apartment on Flogstavägen, the room is rented out for an indefinite period. Moving in date is 01/06. The apartment is situated around a green area and close to the woods, hiking and jogging trails. Walking distance to a grocery store and a neighborhood restaurant. It takes about 15 minutes to bike down to the town and the bus goes just outside the apartment. Around 50 Euro for a month bus-card. You rent the room unfurnished and also have access to a fully furnished kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room and property. Electricity, heating, water, broadband and insurance is included in the rent. A deposit is charged the equivalent of two rents. It will be a total of three people living in the apartment. It will be a quiet bunch consisting of students aged 23 and 25, they are social and agreeable persons that take into account each other and are thoroughly with cleaning. Thus we sought after a person who fits into the community and who can hold a cleaning scheduale, wash and keep clean after themselves. We encourage that you are a student.
