I am renting out one room in a 58 square meter apartment. The apartment is very nice with decent living room, kitchen, bath room, balcony, and two bed rooms. We share the whole apartment and the price for each is 3600 SEK including electricity and Wifi internet. Free washing facility and store room are available. The rooms are available starting from the beginning of February (2017-02-01). You can rent for short period (not less than 2 month) or long period. No need to deposit money but I expect you to pay your rent at the beginning of each month. The apartment has good connection to buses: bus No. 2 (frequently go to the city center), No. 41 are in less than 5 min walk and No. 5, No. 21 are in less than 10 min walking distance. There is a convenient big supermarket (ICA Väst) in cloth proximity (less than 10 min walk). Feel free to ask me further information. I rent the rooms under first come first served bases and of course you can visit before you rent. Good luck
