A room in a four room apartment for a female in Flogsta will be available from 1st of March. The tenant could be either student or who has fast job. The apartment 70 Square meter and it has four rooms that are one living room and three bed rooms. The rent is 3000 SEK including internet, electricity and heating. Little bit about us. we are a couple with a 4 years daughter. Both of us working and our daughter is going to daycare everyday 8:00 to 16:00. We want to rent out the room to some one who want to live calm and clean. visit us preferably in the evening time and have further discussion to make every thing more clear. The apartment is located in low houses next to Flogsta high rise buildings with a close bus connection, ICA super market and of course vårdcentral. Laundry is located just next to the building door. It takes around 15 minutes by bike to get to BMC. The apartment is located near to a vary nice nature. Room is Furnished with basic required furniture. Or If some want to bring own furniture is most welcome.
