Hello Im renting out a bedroom (unfurnished except from two wardrobes) in a 2 room apartment (58 m2) in Kvarngärdet, Uppsala. The location is pretty central and you can reach the central station within 6 minutes by bike. The person Im renting out this room to must be a non-smoking woman. That person needs to be able to clean after herself and keep the common areas nice and hygienic. I do NOT wish to share my apartment with a party girl. House parties are fine, but only once in a while. Also, I love to cook so if you are vegetarian or vegan you might not love my lifestyle. Lastly, I would like if you could stay longer than one semester but its not really a requirement. If you are interested, send me an email and I will answer as fast as I can :)
