Hi My name is Simon and I live in a three room appartment in Eriksberg. Im currently renting out one of the rooms to a student. Im looking to rent out a second room for 3000 kronor per month. So we would be three people living in the apparment. Its a big room with a bed, sofa and comfortable chair. I also intend to get a desk. The area is perfect if you like taking long walks - haga valley on one side, and city woods on the other. Its also pretty close to town, 15 minute bus ride with buses 4,6,7 and 21. Move in date would be around 1st of november, and the contract would stretch to either end of june or end of august, which ever suits you best.
