What I rent out is a furnished room at 11.5 sqm in a villa. The house is one-storied with a basement and the room is in the basement.. Access to kitchen, washmaschine, toilet and shower. We who live here are me and my cat Saga. The rent is 3.800:- / month, including electricity and Internet.
