We are renting a bedroom in Bergagatan, 28, from August, 2013. The room is in a nice two floors villa with 5 bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher included), both living and dining room, one toilet, two fully-equipped bathrooms, washing and dryer machines. The villa also includes a garden with fruit trees and a greenhouse to cultivate vegetables. No more than one person can live in the room. The monthly rent is around 4300 KR, all expenses included, and there is also a deposit of 1 month that will be returned when you leave the house. We are three nice girls, 24-26 years old PhD students at the BMC and a guy working in a company, looking for other PhD students or whoever with a similar lifestyle.
