One room rent to a female student from 3 Dec-1 Feb I want to rent out the bedroom in my apartment at Nyby from 3 Nov 2016 to 1 Feb 2017. The apartment is located 20 meters away from the bus stop (bus no. 3). The bedroom is newly furbished. Furniture included. The tenant will share the kitchen, bathroom with the host. Rent is 4000kr/month including electricity, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, water, broadband and house insurance. No pets and smoking. The tenant must have stable income.
