The apartment was newly renovated in 2014 and is 64 m2. It is located in the area Kvarngärdet, a calm area which is easily within walking distance of the city (10 minutes) and about 5 minutes with bike and bus. There is also a gym, and supermarkets very close to the area. The apartment is furnished, however it is also possible to bring your own. Electricity, heat, water and internet is included in the rent. The apartment will be shared with me, a 23 year old masters student from Denmark. Seeking a like-minded individual who doesnt smoke, is reasonably quiet and doesnt have any pets.
