I would like to rent out one room (10m2) in my 3-room apartment (75 m2) at Viragatan 2. Apartment is located in a new building (still under construction) in Industristaden. Willys supermarket is located 50 m from the apartment. City centre or university are located within 5-7 min biking distance. More information about the building and apartment can be found here: https://www.uppsalahem.se/0112 The room for rent is going to be rent out unfurnished. Rest of the apartment is going to be fully furnished (TVPS4, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher) . Rent is 6500 excluding electricity and internet TV, so in total it should be around 6750-7000 kr depending on the providers. I would like to rent out a room to a nice and easy going person, which is responsible and likes to keep the place clean. A tenant should have a stable income, e.g. be a PhD student or have a job (fastanställd). I am a 26-years old guy, working as a researcher. In my free time I like to do some sport (e.g. gym, innebandy, running or road cycling) or just watch some movies, play videogames and relax in the evenings. Room can be rented from December 15 for 6 months with possible prolongation of contract. Since the building is still under construction, the apartment can be shown just approximately 1 week before moving in date.
