Hi there We are renting out our apartment for 1 year from 31 Jan 2018. It is ideal for a small family or couple looking for a bit more space. We are looking for good tenants who will take care of our apartment and that we can trust. It is recently re-decorated and good condition. Normally there are 4 rooms but we plan to close off the smallest bedroom to store our things, leaving 3 rooms (2 big bedrooms). There are 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath). It is a ground floor, corner apartment in a small building. There is a very big wooden deck with dining table and chairs and a sofa set, ideal for summer. There is also a private garden and lots of green space and a playground right outside the garden. It is perfect in summer. Here, the apartment is minutes walk from Willys Gränby and the new Gränby shops. Gränby centrum is an extra 5 minutes walk from there. On the other side there is Gamla Uppsala and the Hills. The 3 & 1 bus go from directly outside to Uppsala central station/ hospital etc or Fyrishov Swimming Arena. Please contact us for more pictures (only able to put 6 here) and/ or a viewing.
