Hi I am looking for a female to share my newly renovated apartment in a quiet area in Stenhagen (good connections with bus 5 to the city). The apt is 62m2, we will have one room each and share a kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Your room is appr. 15 m2 with 3 closets and room for a bed, desk and armchair. I am 29 yrs old, I work full time and study part time and I am looking for a calm, tidy and responsible person to share my flat with. You will also share the apartment with a dog, though she goes with me everywhere and is very loveable The rent is 3800,it includes electricity, high speed internet (250/100) furnitures and home insurance. Parties and relationships are kept elsewhere. I am flexible with moving in date, though sometime in march would be good. The apartment plan looks pretty much like on the picture.
