The apartment is on the 3rd floor (3/3) with balcony, green space nearby, BBQ facilities, etc. Fully furnished, such as washing machine, dishwasher, TV, sofa, 1.8 m double bed, vacuum cleaner, storage,kitchen stuff etc. 10 minutes walking distance to the Centrum, 3-7 minutes to Coop, ICA Stabby & Nelins, 1 minute to Bus 9, and 5-8 minutes to Bus routes 1, 5, 109 and 752. Rent is 9200 Kr including water, electricity, internet, heat, basic TV, etc. One month deposit is required before move in and will be returned if no damage happened.
