Perfect for students Hey I am subletting my room for 3 months from 1st of May to the 31st of July because I am moving out to another city while I still have a contract for this room. The well-kept room comes in a great condition: the walls were newly painted and the whole bathroom has been renovated a year ago. ROOM -The room is 19 m2 -includes private bathroom (shower, sink and WC) - free Wifi, water, electricity (you only pay for the rent) In the corridor there are 12 such rooms in total shared between Bachelors and Masters students from Sweden, India and Greece. We all share one kitchen and a small living room. Downstairs in the building there is a large shared room with washing machines and drying machines (washing and drying is for free). LOCATION Located in Flogsta (Sernanders väg), on the third floor. Flogsta is a large student residential area situated 3 km west of the city center and close to nature. The large apartment buildings were built during the late 1960s and renovated in the 1990s. CLOSE TO: - 5 min walk to large supermarket ICA Väst - 5 min walk to two bus stops: Flogsta Centrum and Södra Slavstavägen - Uppsala University (BMC) by bus/ 15 min by bike - Uppsala University (Angstrom) by bus/ 20 min by bike - 10 min by bike to the city center - 20 min walk to the forest PRICE: - Unfurnished or furnished (your choice): 4100 SEK per month, payed before each month - OPTIONAL: you can buy from me all my furniture in the room (all furniture you see in the pictures, wifi router, etc.) for 3000 SEK.
