Now you have the chance to rent a cosy apartment for long term in industristaden and have the comfort of living close to everything: central station, nature, the river and last but not least - Willys. The apartment is fully furnished, built year 2011. It has two spacious rooms - one bedroom and a living room with kitchen and a small storage room. It has 2 balconies a bathtub and a dishwasher. It is available from now (may) and the sooner you can move in the better. But I do consider those who prefer to move in later as well, as long as its fairly close in time. I intend to rent it for long term (more than a year) and with a long period of notice from both parties. I require a deposition of two monthly rents that will be repaid after moving out. I think the ideal tenant for this apartment is working couple who wants a place to stay for a longer period of time. I write in English because I have good experience renting to foreigners but Swedish citizens are most welcome to contact me as well and I do speak Swedish. A private parking space is not included in the offer but I am first in line for one so if its important it shouldnt be impossible. Till then there are parking lots available on the street. A parking place costs 1000 sek/month All additional expenses like electricity, water and internet are included in the rent.
