The apartment has an area of 53 m2 and it is on the top floor of a newly built building in central Rosendal. The place is bright with the south-east facing windows and a cozy terrace. The apartment can be rented unfurnished or partially furnished, depending on the agreement with the tenant(s). The rental agreement is signed for 12 months with a possibility of extension. One monthly rent of deposit is necessary upon signing the contract, which will be returned after the apartment is vacated by the tenant. The time of notice for both sides is two months. The apartment is located in central Rosendal, with the bus stop Rosendals Skola 200 m away and ICA Rosendal 50 m away. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area, as well as a gym, pharmacy, city forrest, tennis, volleyball, basketball courts in the vicinity of 100 m.
