Hello I am renting a room in a 77 m2 apartment in Råbyvägen. The apartment is super light and cozy, it has a living/dining room, open kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, one storage room and a big balcony. It was built in 2014 so everything is pretty much new (it has its own dishwasher, laundry and dryer). It is fully furnished and equipped and the bed in the bedroom is available if needed. Long term tenants (>1 year) are preferred. Rent is 6000kr, all services included. The city centre is only 8 mins by bike and there are good bus connections. You will be sharing with me all the social areas, kitchen and bathroom. I am a 27 years old PhD student, social, creative, plant-lover and vegetarian.
