I am a molecular biologist that moved to Uppsala 13 years ago. I have no kids and no pets. Im looking for a roommate from the beginning of may 2024 untill end of the July. Being clean and tidy and participating in keeping the apartment in order is very important. The rent includes electricity, heat, water and internet costs. The apartment is located at Sala backe, on the 1st floor. There are 2 bedrooms and the apartment is furnished. There is a bed/sofa in the room that turns into a 140 cm comfortable bed. I have a dishwasher but the laundry facility is not inside the apartment. There is a laundry facility close by that we can book and is very convenient. There is Årstatorget in 6 min walking distance that has Ica for groceries shopping, Pharmacy, a fruit and oriental shop, a clinic , restaurant and cafe in it. Willys is also in 15 minutes walking distance. And you can have acces to Granby shopping mal easily by walking or by bike or bus. There are several bus stations close by that can take you to different parts of town. There would be a deposit money equal to 1 month of rent and It would be great if you can provide a reference and a document showing that you are able to pay the rent.
