Hej, I have a room to sublet for up to a year available from May 1st 2018. The room is part of newly renovated three room & Kitchen apartment. The room under consideration is furnished with an executive bed, with shared kitchen and bathroom. Electricity and internet is included in the rent, and most suited for a student. About me: I dont smoke, neither do I drink. I expect you to equally be a non-smoker and non-drinker at the very least.
