Hello to all, I am looking for a flatmate (one person) starting from 1st June. My apartment is fully furnished 3 rooms, 72 m2 apartment. Its newly constructed apartment. I want to rent out 1 room (furnished), size 8 m2 and it gonna be shared with bathroom, kitchen, living room & balcony. The rent for the room is 6000 SEK plus sharing electricity, water heating and internet. The housing is in Kungsgatan 66, 3 min walking distance to Uppsala train station and 7 min walking distance to Uppsala city centrum. Willys supermarket, close to the apartment. I am doing my PhD at Karolinska hospital. I am organized, clean and tidy so these are the things that I expect from a flatmate. PM, if any of you are interested.
