Room in shared apartment available from the 1st of August. Latest move in 1st of September. Youre sociable, respectful, tidy, and laid back. You dont smoke, you dont have any pets, and you can show proof of income for at least six months to come. In return we offer cherry tomatoes grown from our shared balcony in summer, never having to do dishes (if you use our dishwasher in the kitchen), and lovely views of the city rooftops from your furnished bedroom. The apartment also comes equipped with a washer and dryer in the main bathroom. Rent inlcudes: Water, electricity, internet, heating, furniture, weekly cleaning of the shared areas, as well as basic consumables (toilet paper etc). A deposit to the value of one months rent is required. This is given back to you when ever you chose to move out. Location: 1km south of the central station, next to a big grocery store and a couple of blocks away from the river that runs through Uppsala. Closest bus stop: Kungsängsesplanaden.
