The home has a balcony from the kitchen and an associated storage room. The rent is SEK 5942/month. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. Electricity is extra. A broadband connection of 1 Mbit/s is included in the rent for you as a tenant when you connect to the open network via fiber. Drop-in laundry is in the basement at Kantorsgatan 34.
