The place is near to Uppsala City. About myself, Im a Mechanical Engineer by profession. I like to cook, live in peace, likes to read and chill out. My wife works as a Fashion designer. From here it will only take 10 mins to Uppsala central and also have excellent bus connections. Details about the accommodation:- 1. Absolutely only one person per room, no pets and no smoking. 2. There are 2 rooms in this whole apartment. You will get one room for yourself. We have shared kitchen and toilet. 3. Drop in laundry Yes..you can wash your clothes anytime without a booking downstairs. 4. Storage rooms and wardrobes available. 5. Cooking facilities are available in the form of hobs, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, cabins for storage. 5. Everything is included in the rent. The rent is paid in advance 25th of each month to blocket. Only tenants without payment notes and criminal records. Were looking for a person who keeps the apartment clean all the time and see this as like their own home . Its very important for us.
