Hej Im leaving my room in a centrally located apartment in Uppsala and I am up to find somebody to fill the room from the beginning of February. The apartment is a bit more than 2 years old, is a two bedroom with an open space for the kitchen/living room, one bathroom, with plenty storage space in the apartment and in the basement. In the price are included Electricity, Water, Heating and Internet. You shall pay a deposit (reimbursable at the end of the contract if theres nothing to repair in the apartment) of 5.500 Kr. Your flatmate will be a researcher working at the Akademiska Sjukhuset, very tidy and sociable. I can provide you more photos if needed.
