Gnejsvägen

I am looking for a female flatmate who would like rent a room in my apartment in Eriksberg (Gnejsvägen). The apartment is located 4,2 km away from the city centre and the place can easily be reached by bus or bike. Two grocery stores are located at the square Västertorg nearby. Furthermore, the nature reserve area Hågadalen is reached within a walk of 5 minutes. The room is approximately 12.9 square meters and it has one window. It is furnished with a bed, one bedside table, a wardrobe, one large shelf, a desk with an office chair, one armchair and one additional chair. In case some of the furniture is not needed it can be removed. The rent is 3400 kr (including electricity and Internet) and there will be a deposit of 3400 kr. The room is available from the first of March or according to agreements. The apartment has two rooms. The kitchen, bathroom and hall will be shared with one other person (me). I am a 30 years old female Swedish student. I like dancing, outdoor life and spending time with family and friends. Please note that the person renting the room shall be a non-smoking female and your age should be 25. Moreover, I hope to find a friendly and reliable person. Please write a few lines to describe yourself if you are interested in renting the room. You should also be prepared to provide me with a reference.
