Hi all, (kan besvaras på svenska) I will be looking to rent out my apartment from the end of June of this year (can be somewhat flexible with the date) for 1 year (or 2). It is a relatively new 2 room apartment (2017) on 55 sqm in a nice and quiet area of Luthagen (Gimogatan) in Uppsala yet still rather central and close to places such as Uppsala University. You can catch buses 1 and 10 to all of Uppsala from a nearby bus stop. The apartment is on the ground floor with a huge terrace, will be well furnished (all white goods such as fridge/freezer, dishwasher, combo washing machine/dryer, floor heater in the bathroom, furniture) and well suited for a couple or single. The rent is set at 13 500 sek (with one months deposit, or no deposit if rented out via blocket) plus extra for electricity (usually around 500 sek). There is also some basement storage and an underground garage to park your bicycle. It is possible to park your car sometimes besides the buildings or there is underground parking which is subject to a fee (and a short que at this point).
