Solitär is a modern apartment designed by the well known Swedish architecht Andreas Martin-Löf, built recently in 2022. The apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a preferable move in date of 1st December 2025. We are prioritising people who can rent for a longer period. Located in north Luthagen just 5 minutes cycle from the city, Ekonomikum, or parts of Uppsala University along the beautiful Fyrisån river, with busses running frequently. The apartment itself is decorated to a high standard with quality oak flooring, a calm design with lots of natural light. High standard white goods all supplied including Siemens fridge/freezer, dishwasher and induction hob and Bosch microwave. The tiled bathroom has underfloor heating. This apartment is one of only 2 apartments in the whole building to have a very large outdoor balcony (28 sq meters), south facing towards the internal gardens, connecting to both the lounge and bedroom with sliding doors. As a resident at Solitär you can book the top floor communal area (lokal) with rooftop views, and can access the workshop room, two laundry rooms and a storage room (included in the rent). Fyrishov (just a 9 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride) provides many facilities at your doorstep including large indoor and outdoor pool, gym, sauna/relax, and other leisure facilities. Cold water and heating is included. The monthly rent is 14,449 SEK Hot water, electricity, internet (high speed internet is available), insurance and other utilities are not included and paid by the tenant in addition to the rent calculated monthly (estimate 1000 SEK per month for this). The apartment is currently furnished and the existing tenants are willing to to leave all items (beds, tables etc and a full list can be provided) however its also possible for it to be unfurnished if preferred. Parking is not included in the price but there are some spaces that can be rented (as well as electric charging spaces) Permission from the BRF will of course be provided (we have permission to rent out) and you will get a signed contract with this rental.
