Fully furnished, well preserved one bedroom flat (2,5 rooms plus kitchen) of 66 square meters. Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with separate dining room. Large livingroom (doubles as guestroom equipped with extra single bed) with balcony facing south-east. Term for rental 2018-10-01 to 2019-09-30. Early access negotiable. Included: Private temperate garage (see below). Bicycle garage, laundry room and a limited number of food stores available within the grounds. Green inner garden with barbeque facilities. Attic storage room partially included (will be used for storing personal belongings), but plenty of storage space in garage (see below). Flat may be arranged for let partially furnished, otherwise fully furnished. Fees: Heating and electricity will be charged separately at exactly the rate I am being billed (typically 845 SEK/month). Optional take-over of my mobile WiFi connection (at 199 SEK/month), otherwise possibilities to set up own broadband and cable TV connections. Central station 15-20 mins by foot (10-15 mins by bus bus no. 7 stops 200 meters away). Route E4 expressway very accessible by car, with the south exit 2.5 km away via Tycho Hedéns väg. Newsagent, grocery store, 24-hour open petrol station and renowned pizza restaurant all within 500 m. Parking: Spacious (approx. 3 x 7 m), private, temperate car garage included in the rent. In addition, 24 h free parking on the street outside. Contract must be passed before the board of the local housing union (Brf. Hasseln). I welcome corporate as well as private tenants, but please note that the housing union demands that the contract is signed by a private person (i.e. not by a juridical person). References, credit report, deposit, insurance and proof of stable income will be needed. Please supply a short personal letter including a motivation of why you intend to rent for a full year (I have no intent to let for shorter periods). The offer to rent will be open until about one month ahead of the start of the rental term (August 27th, preliminary estimate), at which point this offer will be withdrawn and the flat removed from this site unless a contract has been finalised at that point. The flat will not be let to smokers or pet owner due to allergies.
