Hej Vi hyr ut vår tvåa på ca 60 kvm precis vid Uppsala station. Köket har plats för matbord och är utrustat med spis/ugn, diskmaskin, en hel frys och en hel kyl och gott om förvaring. Badrummet är helkaklat med dusch och där finns handdukstork och tvättmaskin. Sovrummet är svalt i öst-läge. Vardagsrummet är rymligt och leder ut till solig balkong i väst-läge. Vi hyr ut från och med 1 september, tillsvidare. Vi hyr ut både till privatpersoner och företag, rökfria och djurfria. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower and there is a washing machine. The bedroom is cool and is situated in the eastern location. The living room is spacious and leads onto the sunny balcony in the west-facing position. We rent out from September 1, long-term. We rent to both individuals and businesses, smoke-free and pet-free.
