Hi, I have a ground floor 2a 38sqm apartment available in Kantorsgatan for rent for 3 months from April 24th to July 23rd 2019. Apartment is less than 2 years old (not the student accommodation) and crisp and spacious with a very decent sized bathroom with heated floors. Apartment is fully furnished. There is a possibility for an extension for another 3 months depending on my travel plans (I should know around the end of June). Beyond this there is also the possibility to extend for another 6 months again depending on travel plans. I have the first hand contract with Riskshem so any applicant will be subject to the standard background checks by Riskhem as part of the application process. Apartment is a 10 minute bus / bike ride into centrum (no 2 bus stop 100 metres from apartment in both directions) with Ica a 6 minute walk. Rent includes Power and Internet with 1 month deposit / bond required and rent is paid in advance.
