Hi, I rent out 2 of the rooms of my apartment at Hjärtstensvägen, Kungsängen in Stockholm from February or March 2020 (long term). It is a new apartment on the 3rd floor in the Norrboda area of Kungsängen. Beautiful green areas all around, swimming area, sports grounds and shopping and groceries like Stora Coop, Byggmax, Biltema, Lidl just by 2-5 minutes walking. Connections are bus (approx. 10-15 min) and then commuter train from Kungsängen station to City (approx. 30 min). The apartment is newly built with 3 bedrooms, a big living room and kitchen (86m including balcony). I like to find a tenant who is: Orderly, clean and quiet Ordered economy Non-smoking Rent: I have divided the whole rent to 3 and the rent is around 4800 Sek per room incl. heating, water, cable TV basic supply, WiFi, electricity. Deposit: One month rent Rental: From Feb, March or maximum April 2020 - until further notice or by agreement.
