Located in central Kungsängen, a 4 min walk from Kungsängen centrum with all amenities and pendeltågstation with regular service to central Stockholm (27 mins). Kitchen Fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher. Good cupboard space. Small table & chairs for 2 people. Utility room Washing machine and shower. Toilet Toilet, washbasin and small cupboard. Bed/Sitting room Double bed, with bedside cabinets and sofa. Full height double cupboard. The flat is available from mid september, potentially a bit earlier. Heating and electricity are included in the rental. Were looking to hire out to a single person, non-smokers only. Were a friendly family with 2 children. One month deposit is required, but only after the contract is signed.
