I am renting because I have to move to a house in another city. You can contact me to send you a video. The apartment has all you need. Nothing is missing. It is available for rent from 1st/April for one year and able to extend the contract. One month deposit should be paid. Rent should be paid every 25th of each month. Two months notice before moving.
