We are two guys and one girl looking for a new flatmate that will stay in one of our rooms. The room is 8 square meters and a bed is included. The flat itself is a five roomer and is in good condition with a big nice kitchen and a cosy livingroom, two bathrooms/toilets for less stress in the mornings :). All the common areas are equally shared. We are looking for a mature, easygoing person that knows cleaning and respect for privacy but also fancy some social time together with nice people, us :) The room is free from 2nd december and the person moving in is expected to pay the rent for whole of december.
