The house is built 2007. Its situated just meters from the Baltic Sea with a beautiful view over Norrbyskär and the southern Umeå archipelago, walking distance to Umeå Marine Sciences Centre (UMF). Main floor has two bedrooms with bunk beds and a master bedroom (viking bed) with separate terrace, a bathroom with washing machine and shower, a large open kitchen/livingroom with 5,5 m to ceiling. In the living room there is a large school type iron cast stove, a large tv, a really good hifi (B&W). The house also has 100 Mb fiber internet (and wifi). Surrounding the east, south and west side of the house is the main terrace where you always can find sun, shelter or leeward depending on the time of day. There is also an outdoor kitchen (larger type BBQ on wheels with running water). The loft has a large separate enclosed room with two floor beds, a separate guest sleeping area and a kids space with tv where they can hook up their consoles. We share a wood fired outdoor hot tub with our friendly neighbours which is absolutely fantastic in the wintertime.
